The Foreign Residents Assistance Center (FRAC) was established by the JLCA in cooperation with certified professional and consultant for Supporting foreign Nationals who are living and have an active role in Indonesia.

It is located close to Universitas Nasional at Sawo Manila South Jakarta and at Lembah Hijau close to City Walk Lippo Cikarang West Java.

FRAC provide both offline and online consultation.

You can consult with FRAC about your status of residence, visa or immigration procedures,internatioal marriage, real estate,taxation, labor, social insurance,law and regulation, emergency help, etc.
Time 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (Excluding the New-Year holidays)
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekend (Excluding the New-Year holidays)
Language Plain Indonesia, Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese,Arabic, French, Russian, Turkish,German, Spanish, Dutch, Thailand,Portuguese and others.
Consultation Fee 1,000,000 per hour
